All Document Reader Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
SigmaTechX provides All Document Reader (Android package com.sigmatechx.alldocumentreader). Contact: simedx@gmail.com.
Your documents
The app opens and processes documents on your device. The document assistant uses local extractive processing. We do not operate a server that receives your document contents. Sharing or opening files in another app sends selected files to the app you choose, under that app's privacy practices.
Permissions and local storage
You can select individual files and folders. Optional all-files access lets the app scan shared storage for supported files; photo, video and audio permissions support media browsing. You can revoke access in Android settings. Recent files, favorites, bookmarks, reading positions, settings and document metadata are stored locally. Generated files, cached previews and files placed in the private vault also use device storage. Device authentication may be used for vault access; the app does not receive your biometric templates.
Google services and diagnostic collection
Scanning, text recognition, language identification and translation use Google ML Kit or Google Play services. Models may need internet downloads. These services can send Google device and installation identifiers, device and app information, feature-use events, language settings, error codes and performance diagnostics for operation and usage analytics. Their diagnostic collection may occur when those features run and cannot be disabled through a separate in-app switch. Google documents encryption in transit for ML Kit diagnostic data. See ML Kit data disclosures and Google's Privacy Policy.
Accounts, advertising and payments
This release does not require an online account and includes no advertising or in-app purchases. We do not sell your personal data or document contents.
Retention and deletion
Use the Privacy Center to clear recent history or forget the app's file list and folder grants. This does not delete your original files or revoke all-files access in Android settings. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove app-private data; exported files remain until you delete them. Android backup and restore may retain eligible app data under your device settings. We do not provide a way to delete Google's SDK diagnostic records from within the app; Google's own policies govern those records.
Children
The app is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not designed specifically for young children.
